The Pick Tennessee Holiday Cookbook
We’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new way to celebrate Tennessee’s local flavors, the Pick Tennessee Holiday Cookbook!
Inspired by our director’s vision to highlight creative ways to enjoy and share Tennessee-grown and Tennessee-made products, this special cookbook will feature recipes from Pick Tennessee Products (PTP) members — just like you!
Each recipe will spotlight PTP-certified products and showcase how Tennessee producers bring flavor and tradition to every table. Whether your specialty is jams, sauces, baked goods, cheeses, or anything in between, this is your chance to inspire customers statewide with delicious, creative ways to use your products.
How to Participate
Submit 3 to 5 recipes featuring your Pick Tennessee Products.
Each recipe submission should include:

- 3 recipes – $25
- 5 recipes – $35
Each recipe submission should include:
- A short story or background about the dish
- A high-resolution photo (only high-quality images will be printed)
- An ingredient list with exact measurements
- Preparation and cooking instructions
- A link to your website or social media so customers can find your products
